Bute Property Services Ltd recognises and accepts the legal
duties and responsibilities owed to employees, contractors and
everyone we come in to contact with in the course of our work.
The company is committed to minimising the risks to health and
safety by carrying out detailed risk assessments, and
controlling the attendant risks appropriately.
Safe and healthy
working conditions are provided and maintained in accordance
with legal requirements and best practice, particularly with
regard to safe plant and equipment. All staff
receive appropriate training to carry out their roles,
and are provided with relevant information of any risks to their
health and safety arising from the use of any machinery,

prevent accidents and work related ill health together with
consultation with employees on health and safety issues,
demonstrates the company’s commitment to a pro-active safety

Responsibility
for health and safety ultimately rests with the Managing

and are expected to contribute fully in identifying, assessing
and minimising risks, and removing hazards.
We are proud to
have attained CHAS accreditation, renewed annually, which is an
independent assessment of our health and safety standards, and
Bute Property Services Ltd are committed to maintaining and
improving those standards in the future. |
