Bute Property Services are committed to ensuring that local people benefit environmentally, socially and economically from our varied construction and maintenance activities. It is our policy to employ a majority local workforce for each project we undertake, and we always aim to use suppliers and sub-contractors in the South Wales area wherever possible. We work with job agencies to employ labour locally having forged valuable links with recruitment companies in the area.

We are committed to maintaining a highly trained, professional workforce that is proficient in the latest construction and health and safety skills, to ensure this Bute Property Services has a well-planned training programme. All members of our workforce are actively encouraged to provide feedback on their training needs and where possible we will provide them with the necessary support.
